Breaking the Surface 2023 is here, in Kumbor, Montenegro!

SeaTecHub partners are part of the Breaking the Surface (BtS) 2023!

Breaking the Surface (BtS) 2023 is taking place in the stunning coastal town of Kumbor, Montenegro and our partners LABUST – Laboratory for Underwater Systems and Technologies at the University of Zagreb are one of the organizers.

This international workshop on maritime robotics is taking place from September 24th to October 1st, 2023 and has been a vital meeting point for global experts, educators, scientists, and students in fields like marine robotics, underwater archaeology, marine biology, oceanography, and marine ecology since its first edition in 2009.

At this year’s workshop, over 200 participants had the opportunity to learn more on robotics and get insights into EU-funded projects like Monusen, Marble, and SeaTecHub, aimed at boosting research and innovation.
