Research and Innovation
WP4 is dedicated to skills development and mutual learning within the Croatian and Cypriot ecosystems. It will implement various measures to achieve its objectives, including expert visits, innovation training, staff exchanges, and engaging citizen activities.
Objectives

Knowledge Transfer
Facilitate knowledge transfer in Science & Technology (S&T) and ocean literacy through expert visits and tutorials, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Innovation Training
Enable successful market positioning of research results by providing innovation training sessions on R&I management, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer skills, conducted by external professionals, industry partners, and public authorities.
03.
Staff Exchanges
Establish stronger links among quadruple helix stakeholders through mutual staff exchanges, promoting cross-sector learning and cooperation.
04.
Citizen Involvement
Engage a diverse audience through citizen involvement activities, such as “Blue Cafes” with local stakeholders, student exchange programs for enhanced ocean literacy, interactive workshops for children (“Kids Think BLUE”), and citizen round tables for designing citizen science actions.
