R&I strategy, action and investment plans
WP2 involves formulating the Research and Innovation (R&I) strategy and action plans. Through collaborative workshops, the Steering Committee, and Sectorial Working Groups, the R&I diagnosis is conducted to define joint ambitions and visions. The Evaluation Committee assesses the Action and Investment Plans (AIPs) for effective outcomes. Digitalization is prioritized to drive innovation and efficiency.
Objectives

Cross-Border Strategy
Develop a joint Croatia-Cyprus R&I strategy to foster long-term cross-border and inter-sectoral collaboration.

Action & Investment Plan
Formulate an action and investment plan (AIP) to effectively implement the R&I strategy and advance the adoption of eco-innovative technologies in the targeted sectors within SeaTecHub.

Blockchain Collaboration Platform
Design and establish the foundations of the SeaTecHub innovative blockchain-based collaboration platform, facilitating seamless cooperation and knowledge exchange among partners and stakeholders.

Partner Expertise Leveraging
Leverage the expertise and experience of partner organizations across selected sectors to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of tasks
