Project Management
WP1 is overseeing project coordination, financial management, open access and data management, ethics and gender monitoring, communication, and project progress tracking. It emphasizes effective monitoring of KPIs, reporting to relevant authorities and ensures responsible handling and sharing of project data based on open science principles.

Ensure successful execution of the overall work plan, cooperation with the Advisory Board, and timely communication with the EC.
